Waterloo Police have made an arrest in a fatal hit-and-run Tuesday night.
30-year-old Samuel Ecker of Waterloo is charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident and tampering with evidence.
30-year-old Isaiah McKoy of Waterloo was struck on Route 5, and died at the scene.
Police are still asking anyone with information to contact them.
