A Wayne County woman who reported her husband missing on Sunday has been arrested today for his murder. State Police have charged 53-year-old Linda Martinez of Clyde with second degree murder in the death of Rafael Martinez.
His body was found in the Seneca River in Cayuga County, and recovered by a State Police dive team assisted by the Wayne County Sheriff's Office and CSX Railroad authorities.
State Police say the investigation is ongoing and that's all they can say for now.
