Former Rochester police Chief La'Ron Singletary is apparently NOT cooperating with City Council's Daniel Prude death probe.
That's according to Special Council Investigator Andrew Celli.
He says Singletary is willing to provide neither testimony nor documents related to Prude's death back in March and the subsequent investigation.
So far, 10 people have been subpoenaed in the investigation, including Mayor Lovely Warren and Council President Loretta Scott.
The council's law firm says they expect to depose everyone they've subpoenaed by the end of next month.
