Rochester police say three people were arrested during the latest Sunday night meetup of muscle car enthusiasts and partiers at West Ridge Plaza.
Four vehicles were towed last night, and 61 tickets were handed out.
Of those arrested, one person was charged with DWI and the two others were wanted on warrants.
The Sunday night parking lot parties -- with revving engines and loud music -- have been bothering neighbors for weeks. A woman who complained last week was doused with gasoline, and a person was shot during a fight.
