Cuomo says the projects will use environmentally conscious techniques and will start in the spring.

Locally, the projects include the repaving of I-390, and its ramps, between Avon and the Thruway.

Some of the others -- Route 96 between Phelps and Manchester, Route 237 from the Genesee County Line to the Village of Holley, and Route 98 from Route 20 to the City of Batavia.
