An official in the Rochester school district's special education department has resigned and two others are on leave amid a state investigation.
The district says it is cooperating with the investigation but is not saying what it's about.
Special education chief Kisha Morgan and director Amy Tata are on administrative leave, and director Dan Fontanez has resigned.
Morgan tells the D&C says she was not told her medical leave last month had been changed to an administrative leave.
