The man who allegedly secretly recorded a Gates couple is now accused of possessing child pornography.
Police say they discovered images of a man raping a child on 27-year-old Gary Stopani's cellphone.
Stopani was charged with unlawful surveillance earlier this month, after allegedly placing two cameras inside a couple's home.
Stopani now faces a federal child pornography charge.
