Governor Cuomo is laying out an extensive vaccination plan for COVID-19.
The governor announced that once vaccines are available and vetted by an independent state panel, they will be distributed at sites across New York.
He said hospitals, urgent care centers, and pharmacies are among places being considered for distribution.
The first round would go to people of high risk and front-line health care workers in hot spots. The next would be those two groups, statewide.
The third would be everyone in areas with the highest infection rates, followed by everyone else.
