City Council President Loretta Scott has been subpoenaed in the council's probe into the death of Daniel Prude.
The council's law firm subpoenaed 9 people a week ago, including mayor Lovely Warren and former RPD Chief La'Ron Singletary.
City Council began its own investigation into Prude's death last month, after family attorneys released bodycam footage of his death back in March.
