Keuka College is temporarily closing its campus because of COVID-19.
The college says in a statement that 14 new cases have been confirmed in 24 hours.
That brings the total to 70, and the college says health officials are still processing tests.
The event which first triggered the coronavirus surge was an unsanctioned, off-campus party.
The college moved to remote learning last week.
Students who haven't tested positive for the virus are being asked to head home by the end of the week.
