Rochester Police say a 45-year-old Pennsylvania man has died after a piece of construction equipment he was operating, flipped over.
The incident happened this afternoon near the area of Union Street and East Avenue.
Multiple crews responded to the scene and put up a tarp around the piece of equipment.
The man's name is not yet being released and the cause of the rollover is still under investigation.
