A Rochester man has entered a not guilty plea to charges he caused a crash last month in Gates that killed two people.
Anthony Vandoren was indicted this week on multiple counts of aggravated vehicular manslaughter, manslaughter, negligent homicide and driving while impaired by drugs and alcohol.
The crash on Spencerport Road killed Hamlin residents William Lawson and Diane Donnelly.
Police say Vandoren crossed the center line and hit the oncoming SUV. Small packages of suspected heroin and fentanyl were found in his truck.
