A Monroe County official has resigned as the probe into Daniel Prude's death continues.
Kimberly Butler has stepped down from her post in the county's Office of Mental Health.
Butler came under fire after the release of emails to the RPD, containing privileged information about Prude's care at Strong Hospital.
Prude was discharged from Strong just hours before the incident that led to his death.
