A 20-year-old Rochester man is dead after being shot last night at a parking lot in Cobbs Hill Park. Police arrived at the parking lot off Norris Drive to find evidence that shots had been fired. Moments later, the victim was dropped off at Rochester General Hospital by his friends. Issaiha Mathis was pronounced dead shortly after arriving in the Emergency Room. The Rochester Police Major Crimes Unit is investigating and is asking anyone with information for them to call 911.
