Mayor Lovely Warren is telling citizens to ignore what President Trump said yesterday about Rochester.
In a Tweet, the president discussed protests in Rochester, Brooklyn and Portland saying they had “bad nights” and were “weakly run by radical left Democrat governors and mayors”.
Warren says the president wants to, in her words, "bait people to act with hate and incite violence that he believes will benefit him politically."
She says the city will not give him what he wants and she praised the calmer protest in the city Sunday night.
