The Penfield man involved in a daylong standoff with Monroe County Deputies in July has been indicted.
51-year-old Benjamin Smith is charged with arson, weapons possession, and criminal mischief.
Smith allegedly threatened his parole officer, then threw Molotov cocktails at responding deputies after barricading himself inside his home.
Smith surrendered peacefully, after nearly 24 hours. He received treatment for mental health issues at an area facility following his arrest.
