Governor Cuomo and his counterparts in three other states are blasting the Justice Department investigation into COVID deaths at nursing homes.
Cuomo calls the probe "nothing more than transparent politicization."
The Justice Department wants data from New York, New Jersey, Michigan and Pennsylvania. All four required the nursing homes to admit patients with COVID-19 -- which critics say may have spread the disease to vulnerable residents.
