AG to Sue Over USPS Operational Changes

New York Attorney General Letitia James

New York Attorney General Letitia James has announced her office has filed a federal lawsuit challenging changes to United States Postal Service operations ahead of November's presidential election.

This is the third state-backed lawsuit against the USPS, pushing back on operational changes to the postal service that have disrupted mail delivery across the country.

Voters are expected to utilize mail-in voting in large numbers for the general election, but President Trump continues to vocalize the unproven theory that it could cause widespread voter fraud.
