The tri-state area is now removing five states from its quarantine list, and adding a territory.
Alaska, Arizona, Delaware, Maryland and Montana have all been taken off the advisory.
Guam, an unincorporated organized territory of the U.S., has now been added to the list.
The advisory requires individuals traveling to New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut from areas with significant community spread to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival.
