Rochester police have arrested a parolee in the death of a three-year-old boy.
Thirty-two-year-old Anthony Love is charged with second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter in the death last month of Kei'mere Marshall.
The child was found not breathing at an address on Avenue C. He never regained consciousness and had several injuries. He died three days later.
Police allege Love abused the boy and caused the injuries.
Love was on parole from a robbery sentence. He will be arraigned on the new charges this morning.
