Governor Cuomo will address the Democratic National Convention tonight.
He is giving a speech that will reportedly have the theme of "we the people."
However, he wouldn't confirm that when questioned by reporters last week.
Some political pundits believe Governor Cuomo may be looking into running for president in the future.
But, he has repeatedly said he's not interested in the job.
