Gov. Cuomo: Schools Can Open in NYS

Governor Cuomo says every region of the state is below the virus case threshold and all schools can open.

Students have been out of classrooms since March due to the coronavirus.

Districts have already put together their own reopening proposals and sent them into the state for approval.

The governor has said parents will have the final say on whether their children go back to school.

Cuomo wants districts to post online their answers to frequently asked questions about remote learning, COVID testing and students who test positive.
