A Mt. Morris man already awaiting sentencing on federal drug charges is in more trouble.
Twenty-six-year-old Joselito Rodriguez was arrested July 23rd for alleged sales of powder cocaine in the Mt. Morris area.
The Livingston County Drug Task Force says he was previously arrested last year on federal drug charges after two raids in Mt. Morris turned up cash and cocaine.
He is now in federal custody and will face the new charges in state court later.
