More than a dozen area businesses are among those facing citations for violations of state COVID-19 regulations.
According to information from the State Liquor Authority, the list includes seven businesses in Monroe County and seven more in the surrounding counties.

Among other rules, the state is requiring that bars offer food items to keep people at tables and away from each other.
Penalties can range from fines to loss of a liquor license.
