A Rochester man will serve 20 years in prison for his role in a drug trafficking ring.
Prosecutors say 23-year-old Obed Torres Garcia was part of a cocaine and heroin ring that operated in the city from 2015 to 2018.
Arresting officers say Garcia was shot in the head during a raid of his Burbank Street home and suffered traumatic brain injury.
Garcia will be formally sentenced in October.
