The Batavia funeral home owner who was accused last week of misusing prepaid funeral funds is reportedly facing another investigation.
The Batavian reports Michael Tomaszewski is suspected mishandling the remains of a veteran and a stillborn baby.
The investigation was confirmed by the chief deputy in the sheriff's office and reportedly began last year.
Tomaszewski was accused last week of misusing more than a half-million dollars in prepaid funeral funds.
