A Penfield man has been arrested and charged in last month's fatal hit and run crash on Empire Boulevard in Webster.
27-year-old Max Ward is charged with criminally negligent homicide, and leaving the scene of a fatal accident among other charges.
Ward's Attorney says he turned himself into police on the night of crash.
Oksana Zakharchishin, a recent immigrant from Ukraine ,was killed in the crash.
Her 15-year-old was seriously hurt, and another daughter, and a three-year-old grandson were treated for minor injuries.
Webster Police Chief Joseph Reiger says the incident is still under investigation.
