The University of Rochester is objecting to an order from the Trump administration revoking the visas of international students who do all their coursework online.
The administration says those students don't have a basis to be in the U.S., but the U of R says the policy is misguided.
The university says thousands of international students in the U.S. will be forced to return home -- jeopardizing their safety and possibly leaving them without the online access they need.
About a third of all students at the U of R come from other countries.
