Today is the due date for the complete counting of votes in the June 23rd primary and special election, but it's not clear if the Monroe County Board of Elections will meet the deadline.
The board began counting the tens of thousands of absentee ballots on Wednesday.
More ballots were mailed in than were cast in the voting machines.
The winners of several races remain unclear.
