Geneva police have been involved in an all-night standoff with a man armed with a long gun.
It started last night on North Genesee Street when a woman told police a man there had menaced her with the gun.
Police spoke by phone with the man for four hours but he refused to surrender.
North Genesee Street is closed between between Avenue A and Wilbur Avenue.
