Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty has scheduled an afternoon news briefing on the chase and gunfight last month that with the death of a tractor trailer driver.
Joshua Blessed, of Virginia, drove off from a traffic stop in Genesee County last month and was killed by officers at the end of the pursuit near Geneseo.
A stockpile of guns and pipe bombs was found later at his home.
Investigators believe he had become radicalized and was reportedly planning a big attack.
