Gov. Cuomo Says No Decision Yet On Schools in NYS

Governor Cuomo is now warning that remote learning may still be in place for schoolchildren come the Fall.

He says he wants kids to be together, but it's just too early to make a decision. He says even though the virus rate is very low, things could change quickly.

Cuomo says he will make a decision about in person classes based on the infection rate, and what the disease is doing closer to the beginning of the school year.

He says educators across the state are prepared to keep teaching remotely if health officials deem it too dangerous to be back in class together.
