Covid Hitting Young Adults

Public Health Commissioner Dr. Mike Mendoza says Monroe County is seeing an increase in COVID-19 cases in young adults -- people in their 20s and 30s. The good news is those are the people less likely to be hospitalized, But they also are the people with more contacts from social gatherings that need to be tracked down. As a result, Mendoza says the county is testing and isolating more people. Although the overall new case numbers in the county appear steady, Mendoza says the changing demographics require new precautions.
