Nate McMurray Wants All Votes Counted in 27th Congressional District Race

The numbers might not be in his favor, but Nate McMurray isn't giving up in the race for the 27th Congressional District.

Right now, the Democrat is trailing Republican State Senator Chris Jacobs by more than 31,000 votes.

However, there are more than 65,000 absentee ballots that still need to be counted.

Jacobs has already declared victory, but McMurray isn't conceding until every vote is tallied.

The winner of the special election will finish the term of ex-Republican Congressman Chris Collins -- who left office after being arrested on federal insider trading charges.
