Candidate Wants Investigation

A candidate in Tuesday's primary election is calling for an independent investigation of whether her name was left off some of the ballot forms used in the voting. State Senate Candidate Hilda Rosario-Escher tells 13 WHAM she's trying to get affidavits from voters who called her to report they couldn't find her name on the forms they were given..Monroe County Board of Elections says it was overwhelmed by the problems involved with consolidating 190 polling places down to about 30. Because there were people from multiple election districts all voting in the same places, some people were handed the wrong ballot forms.
