A Penfield man is facing charges after police say he was driving drunk and crashed into a Gates fire truck.
State Police say they were investigating an accident on I-490 westbound near the Buffalo Road Exit around 8:30 this morning, when a car crashed into a fire truck that was blocking the right lane. The driver, later identified as Nathan Horing, fled the scene and was later found at the Rochester Tech Park off Manitou Road.
Horing was arrested and charged with for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and aggravated DWI after he was found to have a Blood Alcohol Content of .26.
