Webster Police investigating a fatal hit-and-run last night on Empire Boulevard have located an towed away a dark-colored Toyota RAV4 from the garage of a home on Fallbrook Circle. The vehicle is believed to be connected with the accident that left one woman dead and three of her family members in the hospital after they were hit by a car last night while crossing Empire Boulevard near Gravel Road.
