Cuomo signs Executive Orders for Bars & Restaurants

Governor Cuomo has signed two executive orders aimed at stopping the spread of the coronavirus at bars and restaurants. One would immediately pull the liquor licenses at establishments that violate the state's reopening guidelines. Another holds bars and restaurants responsible for social distancing on their sidewalks and outdoor areas. But Cuomo says the state doesn't have the manpower to enforce the orders, and he says local governments will have to step up.
