According to the Times of Wayne County, Michael Miller was arrested by village police on charges of contempt and fourth-degree stalking. He was accused of violating a protective order that was issued in April when the woman claimed he was looking into her windows.Miller then allegedly watched her house from her neighbors' yards and stalked her at her job.
