Two Local Riot Suspects Arrested in PA, Extradited to Rochester

The two Rochester riot suspects who fled to Pennsylvania and were extradited this week have been released without bail.

Andew Bell and Gary Fitzsimmons made their initial court appearance this morning and were released under New York State's new bail reform law.

According to Rochester Police, the felony charges stemming from the May 30 riot don't qualify for bail conditions under the new law.

The two men were arrested this month by U.S. Marshals in Clarion, Pennsylvania, and were held in that state on $100,000 bail under they were extradited.
