New York State is now the best in the nation when it comes to tackling the coronavirus. That's word from Governor Cuomo today as he revealed the latest numbers showing the lowest hospitalization rate and deaths recorded yet.
Cuomo says one of the concerns is people from other states with a high rate of coronavirus traveling to New York, which he says is ironic because it was the reverse when the pandemic started.
Meanwhile, Cuomo says regions that are in Phase three can now have gatherings of up to 25 people, an increase from 10. Governor Cuomo says Western New York is set for Phase 3 tomorrow and the Capital region on Wednesday.
