A Rochester city spokesperson says playgrounds will be reopened tomorrow, with spray parks reopening next week. Gov. Cuomo said earlier today that playgrounds and public pools could open at the discretion of area leaders. Playgrounds, spray parks, basketball courts and athletic fields have all been closed because of the pandemic.
Also, New York State Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul says garage sales are now allowed to happen. They had been shutdown due to COVID-19. Social distancing practices must still be used.
