Governor Andrew Cuomo says the Rochester region, and four other regions of the state, are cleared to go into Phase 3 reopening tomorrow.
That means restaurants can open indoor seating at half capacity, following distancing regulations and with staff wearing masks. Personal care businesses including nail salons are free to open under the same rules. Cuomo says what is and isn't allowed is clearly spelled out on the NY-dot-gov website.
Meanwhile, coronavirus numbers continue to go down statewide, with just 36 deaths statewide over the last 24 hours.
