The Monroe County Sheriff's Office has charged three Rochester people with burglary, criminal mischief and grand larceny after a break-in at the Speedway gas station on West Ridge Road in the Town of Parma early this morning (Wed).
Deputies responded to a glass break alarm and learned the crew of an ambulance parked across the street had witnessed the whole thing. They gave the deputies a description of the suspects' car, and that car was located shortly after on Manitou Road.
The deputy stopped the car and found the suspects with items stolen from the Speedway. Arrested were Tricia Delucia, Kirk Thomas and Eric Smith, all of Rochester. All were released on appearance tickets after appearing in court.
