A motorcycle rider is dead after he crashed into the side of an SUV at Almira Street and Upper Falls Boulevard in Northeast Rochester. Police say the rider was dead at the scene, and the 26-year-old SUV driver was ticketed for driving without a license.
Police have not confirmed the identify of the driver, but sources say he was Tyquan Rivera, the man who as a 14-year-old shot a Rochester police officer and served time in prison.
