The Ontario County Department of Health says there have been eight new cases of COVID-19 at the Clifton Springs Nursing Home.
Ontario County authorities are investigating, along with the State Department of Health and Rochester Regional Health.
They say eight residents and one employee have tested positive for coronavirus. More testing is underway. CDC safety protocols have been implemented to help stop transmission of the virus.
