NYS AG Pushing Back on Trump's Call for Military Action

New York State Attorney General Letitia James is pushing back on President Trump's threat to deploy the military unilaterally across the U.S.

She released a statement that he is not a dictator and won't dominate the state of New York.

She says the president does not have the right to unilaterally deploy U.S. military across American states.

James added that New York won't hesitate to go to court to protect rights to peacefully protest.
