Many Residents Receive Multiple Absentee Ballot Applications

The Monroe County Board of Elections says if you're confused because you received two or even three absentee ballot applications in the mail, it's because you're eligible to vote in multiple elections on Primary Day, June 23rd. You receive a separate application for the presidential primary, state and local primaries and for the special election if you live in the 27th Congressional District.

Each ballot has a separate return envelope and should be returned separately. They must be postmarked by June 22 or dropped off at the Board of Elections prior to 9:00 p.m. on June 23rd.
