Former State Senator Recovers From COVID-19

Former State Senator Ted O'Brien is about to leave rehab, after more than nine weeks in the hospital.

He was hospitalized with COVID-19 back in March, and spent time on a ventilator before he began to recover.

O'Brien is scheduled to be released Wednesday from the rehab center at Unity Hospital.

He and his wife may have statements for reporters tomorrow, and we expect to hear from the people who took care of him.

O'Brien served one term in the state Senate and is currently in charge of the state attorney general's Rochester office.
