A Batavia man has been sentenced to seven years in prison and ten years' probation for taking a 14-year-old girl to Pennsylvania to have sex.
23 year old Guillermo Torres-Acevedo was arrested in November 2018 for having sex with the girl. Prosecutors say he then picked up the girl at school the next day and took her to Pennsylvania to continue their relationship.
